RETURN POLICIES

 

Bait Al Tarfeeh gives you the option to return purchased item(s)*. Any order that has been shipped, falls within a returnable category and is within the 7 days limit from the date of delivery, can be filed for return or contact our friendly Customer Service Team on +971529067090 or email  support@baitaltarfeeh.com  within 7 days of receiving your item.

EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Unfortunately, we don't offer an exchange service. We will simply issue you with a refund if you have paid with either a credit or debit card or credit your account with store credit if you paid COD for your order. You can then reorder another product.

 

 

We are more than happy to answer any questions or listen to any suggestions you may have regarding our delivery policy, so please drop us an email (support@baitaltarfeeh.com), call us or even connect with us on chat at any time.

 

REFUND POLICY

 

It's important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, so if for any reason you do not love a product you receive, we will gladly issue a refund as long as the item is still in its original packaging, unopened, unused and sent back to us within 7 days of receiving the item. Returns that are damaged (including the packaging), soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

 

We offer a secure courier collection service for all returns as well as complimentary returns, so you do not have to worry about the shipping fees, it’s all completely FREE.

 

If you paid for your item by credit or debit card, then the amount paid for each item will be refunded directly onto your card - please note that this can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account.

 

If you paid using our COD (cash on delivery) service, then we will refund your Bank account, the user should sent an email to Bait Al Tarfeeh with the topic of refund money. Once our customer care received your emailBait Al Tarfeeh will send you the money back to your account. Please add the following items in the email.

·         Full name.

·         Order number.

·         Mobile number.

·         Reason for returning.

·         Bank details with IBAN

Please allow up to 5 working days for processing once we have received your returned item. Promotions and discounts will not be reimbursed.

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Unfortunately Bait Al Tarfeeh is not giving an option for cancelling the product in website. If the customer wants to cancel the product they should call or email within 24 hours to our customer care executive, they can cancel it manually.
